How we create and review content
Articles on this site are written by the Retention Opportunity team.
Sourcing. We write from primary sources: what drivers tell us in the survey, the regulations themselves, and published research that we name where we use it. Statements about how Retention Opportunity works are taken from the site as it is built, not from plans.
AI-assisted drafting, human review. Some of our content is drafted with the help of AI writing tools. An AI draft is only a starting point: nothing is published until a person has checked it against the sources and approved it.
Fact-checking. Every number, quote and rule we cite is checked against its source before it is published. If we cannot find the source, the claim does not go out.
Editor review. Before an article is published, an editor reads it in full and checks every fact against its source.
Corrections. If you find something wrong, tell us through the contact form with the page and what you believe is wrong. We check it against the source and correct the page if we got it wrong.
